Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Colgate Palmolive team to our Technical Training Center, where we explored Lean Management principles through hands-on application. Using our live training line, we achieved impressive outcomes: a 30% boost in production efficiency, a 50% increase in space utilization, and a 30% reduction in delivery time.
This live applied training environment offers a unique, immersive experience in Lean principles. Participants actively engage in identifying and eliminating waste, improving process flow, and enhancing overall productivity—all in real time. This hands-on approach allows trainees to directly see the impact of Lean practices, equipping them with practical skills to drive efficiency, flexibility, and continuous improvement in their own production settings.
