Gemba Partner provided comprehensive support to the Turkish Kutluk Döküm Group in the acquisition of the traditional iron foundry TEUTOGUSS GmbH in Hörstel-Gravenhorst. The company – formerly part of the Hauffe Group – employs around 50 people and specializes in high-quality castings, produced on a 18,000 m² manufacturing site.
Following the insolvency filing in February 2025, business operations were stabilized under the interim insolvency administrator, attorney Ms. Nada Nasser. The sale was successfully completed as a transferring reorganization in April.
Throughout the international M&A process, Gemba Partner supported the buyer both strategically and operationally. The project was led on our side by Mr. Murat Baysan.
In close cooperation with all parties – including the insolvency administration team from KKN Law (Ms. Nada Nasser, Mr. Andre Neumann), Heidemann Küthe Attorneys (Dr. Georg Heidemann, Katrin Tersteegen), starkpartners consulting (Dr. Johannes Marcel Offergeld), and the local management (Mr. Benjamin Lück) – a viable solution was developed within a short period of time.

Over the next three years, investments are planned – especially in building infrastructure, sustainable energy projects (SPP), and production processes.
